Mostly friendly staff, clean rooms.

The room was clean and spacious, but the

elevator situation was quite frustrating. With only one elevator operational during renovations, we often waited several minutes to get to our floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the noise from the remodeling was a constant distraction.

The location is very convenient.

I can't believe the state of this hotel. The elevator was out of service, forcing us to lug our bags up six flights of stairs. I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience, but nothing was offered. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which made matters worse.

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating during our stay. However, the place is undergoing renovation, and the only working elevator caused a lot of hassle, especially since I was traveling with a senior family member and a young child. The breakfast was decent but repetitive, and we had a dirty sofa bed in our suite, which was disappointing. Had a fantastic time with my friends! The staff were super friendly and the shuttle service was a great money-saver. We visited Las Vegas for its nightlife and checked out some fun stuff in San Diego, too. The location was perfect, with a mall right across the street.

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, making us feel rushed. It was annoying to have to deal with separate invoices for our stay and incidentals.

Had a pretty big room, so much space for the kids to run around. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the guy named Levis or Levitt, helped us navigate through some confusing situations with the nearby places.

It was pricey though not outrageous like other places.
